Our Manchester based store is open six days a week.

Delivery Times
Items are usually delivered on the next working day (Monday to Friday except bank holidays) for orders placed before 1pm on a working day for the UK and major cities in Europe and the US. Generally items arrive anywhere in the world within 2 days.
While we will always try our best we cannot always guarantee our delivery times as international orders may be held in customs in the destination country and on rare occasions extreme weather conditions may delay transport.
Delivery Costs
Postage is £7.50 in the UK, £15 in the EU and £30 for the rest of the world.

What happens if I am unsatisfied in any way?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give a full refund less the cost of outward postage. Just send the product(s) back to our Manchester store at the address below:

If returning from outside the EU please write "Returning unsuitable goods to sender" on the customs form.
Please contact us within 14 (28 if overseas) days of receipt of your goods if you intend to return them.
The product(s) must be returned in the same saleable condition, and product(s) will not be accepted where there are signs of wear and tear.
