Refunds & Returns

We hope that you will never be disappointed with our goods but in the event that you are, please return them to us within 14 days for replacement or exchange; for a full and immediate refund we use the same method as the earlier transaction.

We hope to advise you the day the goods arrive back how we are best able to proceed with any further instructions you may have.

Please note - the goods are your responsibility until they have arrived at our store, therefore we recommend that you use an insured delivery service.
